Please include the product(s) you need and the speed of shipment you desire. We ship all packages by UPS but we do make special exceptions for our customers when we can.
We currently ship to all U.S. states, Puerto Rico and Canada. Please call for international shipment requests.
Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations & Alterations of orders
We want to make all of our customers happy and if you need to return or exchange an item we are glad to help. Call us at 1-800-431-6864 to discuss it with us. If you received something that was just plain wrong (what you did not order) or if it was damaged or broken call us so we can fix the problem a.s.a.p.
Also, on items that are ordered specifically for you, non-stock items, there may be a 'restock fee' if the item is shipped to us (or is in transit to our location) and you then cancel the order. These items must be returned to the manufacturer (or become stocked due to the manufacturer not accepting it as a return) and you will be charged a restock fee ranging from 25% to 100% (100% on all custom built items including spec pumps). In addition to these fees, handling is not refunded and in many cases shipping will not be refunded (on a per order basis).
You must call for a return goods authorization (RGA) number. Returns without an authorization number will not be accepted. Many of the items we sell have various restock fees. In general, items we stock will have a 25% restock fee. Many custom orders incur 100% restock fees (like special built pumps and hose reels).
All goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund. We do not refund shipping & handling charges (exceptions are made in the case of manufacturer defects). Delaware Sales & Service cannot be held responsible for any damages that may occur during shipping when a product is being returned; it is up to you to insure the product when shipping.
ALL PUMPS OR PRODUCTS MUST BE FLUSHED OF ANY CHEMICAL (REF. OSHA SECTION 0910.1200 (D)(E)(F)(G)(H)) AND HAZARDOUS CHEMICALS MUST BE LABELED BEFORE BEING SHIPPED FOR ANY RETURN, EXCHANGE, WARRANTY OR SERVICE CONSIDERATION IS MADE. Delaware Sales & service reserves the right to "disposition as scrap" pumps or products returned which contain unknown substances, or to charge for any and all costs incurred for chemical testing and proper disposal of components containing unknown substances.

If your item is damaged, broken or has stopped working before the manufacturer warranty has expired:
This is typically a three step process.
#1 Return the item back to the manufacturer to be evaluated (at your shipping cost). You will need a RGA so call us first. #2 The factory will evaluate the item(s) #3 If the failure was do to product malfunction the factory will ship your repaired/new item back to you. If it is not under warranty then you have the option to have the factory repair the item (in most cases) before it being shipped back to you.
This process usually takes 10-13 business days. If you need an item faster, we put in a separate order for you and credit back the original order if the problem is covered under warranty.
